Harkell

Harkell is a scoundrel, nothing more than a stray mutt stalking the streets after dark. He takes what he wants, he says what he wants, and he does, exactly, what he wants. Nothing can make this hound dog stop or change his ways, God knows it's been tried a million and one times.

Despite how unsavory his behavior is, no one can deny how charming he can be, or how elegant and graceful every move he makes is. You haven't seen anyone as deceitful until you meet Harkell, known as the scourge of any guard, the flirt of bourbon street, the hound dog of the earthen plains.

Even his own clan finds it hard to trust the silver tongued imperial, and it really doesn't help how popular his music can be with other young dragons. He's tricked so many into thinking he's a nice and trustworthy guy, when he's a truly vile and wicked soul with a heart of ice and sin on his mind.
