She is ever Daeyona's friend.

Yes, she knows exactly what's going on with her, and yes, she is rather sure that it is what everyone thinks it is. But the other dragon is important to her, and she will personally ensure that nothing happens to her.

As for herself, though, Ambarone won't say too much. The sheer intensity of her Nature magic and the power lurking in those brilliantly green eyes, however, implies a closeness to the gods that very few have rivaled before or since. She has been suspiciously proficient in keeping plant life growing in the ship's confines, and even her quarters are filled with them, despite an apparent lack of soil and water...and sunlight, for that matter. Some of the Plague dragons find it distasteful, of course, but even when they do dare to complain about it directly to her, she will just shrug and call it a thing that happens, and direct them to the Captain if they insist on keeping the complaints coming.

They rarely do, thankfully. Quiet she may be, but she doesn't have the combat reputation she does for nothing, and anyone too insistent on bothering her tends to end up on the receiving end of Daeyona's claws. (Not that she likes that, of course; violence shouldn't be the first resort to solving problems!)

She will continue to support this clan however she can, in whatever ways she can (whether that's through growing or slaying), and she can only hope that maybe someday, all of this rampant bloodshed that follows these dragons like a ravenous hound will end...for all their sakes.
