☆ Name Origin: Pistachio- originating from the Greek pistakion and Italian pistaccio

☆ Story: Pistachio was born in the nature flight, many lore-tellers in the clan say he was born from a pistachio shell to the younglings, but in truth, he was not. He was born in a centaur beastclan known as Mithridates who sold dragon hatchlings to peacekeepers as ransom for not killing innocent hatchlings. In reality, few actually obtained ransom money, and most were killed for meat, put against each other in a fight, or tortured for entertainment. The pretty ones became servants or pelts for the royal family. There was even one lucky fae who became the young prince's personal pet. It is believed that Pistachio got bought by a depressed dragon who had just had two sons killed, and did not want anyone else to die. This dragon also happened to be a pearlcatcher, and even after he became an adult, he stayed with her for many years until she passed away of natural causes. This caused him to enter a great state of grief and it is said a moon after she died, she took her pearl from the shelf of the home and flew many spanses, for many years upon finally landing in the arcane territory, just under the shadow of the observatory. Here he met Swampfox who welcomed him into the clan with open arms. Since he has gathered a small library of passes-away Pearlcatcher pearls with an extensive story about each of the previous owners. Go ahead! Ask him, that's why he has them. He wants to relive the legacies of the dragons by remembering their stories to any ears that have time to hear.
