Wheele came to the aerie as a young hatchling, like most dragons do. She was open and earnest, willing to try and make friends with anyone, and also exceptionally clumsy. Adorable. Then then older coatls took her under their wings, and she was absorbed into the secretive, selective life of a silk dancer. Today she might strike you as rude and antisocial, for like most of the coatl troupe, she holds a deeply ingrained disdain for anyone not a coatl and not in the troupe. There are exceptions, though. Before the coatl troupe got its claws into her, Wheele would spend hours playing with Isabel, a tundra, and they remain close to this day.

in a poly relationship with evelyn and morwen. been with evelyn the longest, they silk dance together. evelyn's turbulent emotions baffle wheele and she always does her best to cheer her up. still, she can't help feeling a bit annoyed at the daily crying and wishes that evelyn would take care of her for once, but she loves evelyn too much to complain. wheele and morwen's relationship is almost constantly in some sort of drama, with morwen's hot temper always heating up things. wheele often wonders if she should leave morwen, but when they get along they get along really well.
her best and only friends are the silk dancing coatls: morwen, astara, zarina, and evelyn. they all stick close together and rarely interact with the rest of the clan, staying in their rooms preening until after sundown when it's time to dance.
