Growing up, this tundra was constantly teased for her "disgusting" colors. Even her own siblings taunted her. She fled her clan as soon as she could fend for herself and didnt look back. Thanks to the others making fun of her colors, she saw herself as ugly and gross, and unable to be loved by anything. The young tundra hadn't noticed right away, but she found herself in the mire and surrounded by the gross thick liquid. Out of self punishment, she forced herself to set her roots there. She thought she deserved to suffer for her horrible appearance.
However, beasts soon discovered the tundra and tried to befriend her. She rejected them, but they kept trying.
Nearly every day a new creature left a gift of some kind at the tundra's nest, trying to help her. It wasn't easy, but she eventually grew close to the creatures offering their friendship. She now helps protect the mire, along side her new found family..
Beauty is when you can appreciate yourself. When you love yourself, that's when you're most beautiful.
