Uh-Oh! Looks like this excitable, playful little noodle wandered a little far from his home lair (hexidecimalHex, 247374), and after getting a taste for adventure he's decided to go off to see the world! If you ever feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to his home lair, or to the 'Dragons off to see the World' thread, here. This isn't necessary but he'd be very grateful!
Requiem was often considered a plague as a hatchling, too energetic to accept when the others refused to continue playing. With age hasn't yet come wisdom, and his boisterous roots definitely show through! Travelling with his familiar for a little while has helped mature him, and the two are completely inseparable. |

Cylniru's clan, Cloudsfall Citadel.
"I left my home, Crystalspine Reaches in the Starfall Isles, with my trusty familiar, Jack. We don't really know where we're going, I mean, we just started out and Sornieth is huge, really wide! It'd take days for me to come across someone! Or..or maybe not, I don't know! What's a Spiral gotta do to move faster than a hurricane?"
2016 June 25th
Arrival at Cloudsfall.
Requiem reached The Windswept Plateau. He stumbled across some dragons from a nearby clan, and asked to stay for awhile. The dragons somewhat hesitated, but accepted his request and guided him to the lair. The cheeky Spiral didn't stop talking for hours though, tiring whoever was listening. A Wildclaw dragon, Parrot, chuckled when he saw all the accompanying dragons left Requiem. The spiral was confused, a little disappointed too. Parrot calmly explained to him.
"We've got to give others a chance to talk too, they love company, but they'd like someone to listen to them just as much as you do."
Requiem blinked. The Wildclaw then switched his topic.
"Sometimes we call out to a friend, but they never respond to you, and wonder if they actually consider you as their friend, it's strange, huh?"
Before Requiem could reply, the Corsair left to tend to his duties.
So...I gotta be considerate of others too, not just myself...Hm..The more I learn.
Requiem soon left the clan, he's happy for their hospitality and their gift of a Pink Highnoon Hank, but it's time he moved on to continue his journey!

Requiem's wanderings brought him back to Starfall Isles, but to Star Wood Strand this time, part of the Isles he hadn't yet been. How exciting!
During the day, the Strand was easy to navigate; however, he'd arrived near nightfall, when the woods bloomed into starry night skies where dragons wandered about stranded until the sun rose again. Requiem told himself he wouldn't get lost, yet the twinkling mysteries of the Strand soon lured him under their spell...
Luckily, it wasn't long before he bumped into an iridescent Spiral and a reddish Mirror, Regret and Juubiee, who led him out of the Strand and directed him to their Clan, where he was invited to stay and rest as long as he needed.
As fun as it was to explore the Strand with his two new friends, Requiem decided it was high time to be on the road again. Regret was saddened by the news yet offered him a Tail Ring as a memento.
"To remember m- us by," she told him, mustering a smile.
"Mostly her," Juubiee chimed in out of seemingly nowhere, "She really likes you." Then the Mirror took off, cackling as an embarrassed Regret spiralled after her.
Time for the next adventure!

After a whirlwind adventure, it was a welcome surprise when Requiem stumbled upon his home clan-- though not in their original lands. The move to Light from Arcane was not wholly unexpected, he supposed, considering their clan leader's nature. It was through this fortune that he discovered the antics of Saveki. With renewed vigour and purpose, Requiem set off again.
2020 May 1st
After almost four long years staying in fwogbot's lair, it seems like Requiem is finally ready to set off on another journey to see new places and meet new faces.
He looks fondly back at the memories he's made here.
One that he particularly is fond of was when he'd met an eccentric Nocturne named Ira. She'd made quite the first impression when she practically tackled him to the ground in order to meet the new dragon.
"Ohh yessir! I can see it, you definitely are one," She exclaimed.
...
Requiem had to take a second to process what just happened.
"...What is it that I definitely am?"
Ira cackled to herself. "Why you're an adventurer," she scanned his face closely,
"I can see it in your eyes!" She was shaking with excitement at this point.
He nodded to her, wondering to himself what was in his eyes that seemed to scream adventure. He made a mental note to find a mirror later to check.
Ira sported a smug pose, "I'm always right," looking back at him she made a rather bold statement with a wide grin,
"That's why I want you to test out my newest experiment!"
She plucked out from one of her lab coat's pockets a small bottle of what looked to be polish. It seemed to give off a strange presence.
"I want you to test it out, since you're a dragon eager to see new things!"
If he had been a little more wise of strangers that he'd only met a few minutes ago asking him to be their guinea pig, he would've declined. Too bad he isn't there quite yet.
Requiem quickly sat up, "Hit me! I'm ready for anything!"
"Great! Now give me your hand," she stretched out her own for him to grab,
"If you so please."
After some time of talking, and painting, and polishing, and what-not, Requiem had to admire the freshly applied purple tips of polish on his claws.
"Not to sound ungrateful or anything..." he started to ask,
"But what is it that makes this so special?"
Ira replied, "Oh, nothing much really. I didn't say that the polish was anything more than an experiment of mine didn't I?"
He looked back at their brief conversation, "...I guess you're right about that, thanks for the cool paint job!"
"No problem!" She started to turn around to go back to her own ministrations when she suddenly remembered,
"Oh- I almost forgot to tell you!"
"Tell me what?" He looked at her quizzically.
She chuckled softly, "The paint glows!"
He whipped his head down to see that, yes, his claws are in fact starting to give off a purple glow.
"WOAH NEAT-"
And that was the end of that fun memory. Now it's time to make some more!
