Despite his apparently sleepy eyes, NAME sees and hears everything around him. Highly in tune with the spirit world, he works along with several friendly spirits who are constantly sharing secrets with him, causing his attention to constantly shift for apparent no reason.

NAME hardly ever takes his dragon form. After spending all his life in a reclusive clan, he was led to believe that dragons are all worthless brutes, eager to kill and pillage with no second thought. He keeps his shapeshifting powers a secret, making use of it only when his life is in danger.

Born and raised in a traditional Longneck clan on the outskirts of Dragonhome, NAME never really understood their connection with nature. He never made friends or bonded with his clan's inhabitants or with the creatures around them, preferring to slip silently into the Tangled Wood and interact with the magical spirits that there lived.

He'd talk and play for hours with them, unknowingly spending entire days dancing on top of ancient graveyards full of hidden and volatile magic. Interested in learning more about his only friends, the young NAME did what he could to research, stealing books and asking in other clans when his family refused to help. He knew dragons could hold the answers, but he would not ask them.

And so, NAME came to learn about an old, forbidden magic: necromancy. After months of careful studying and planning, NAME finally decided to test his skills by calling upon his friends in an attempt to fully summon them into this dimension. The test proved to be successful, however it summoned much more than just his spirit companions: it called forth the power of those long deceased, those buried deep within the magic land he stood on. Unable to contain the spell that got out of control, NAME could only watch helplessly as all his friends, as well as the power of many dragons put to rest millennia ago, were absorbed into him. Then, everything went dark.

When he awakened, NAME was different. The once hard to control magic came naturally. Spells that he couldn't even dream of were laid out in his mind, ready to be explored. And the friends he loved were there, inside him, talking to him in his head. He was shunned after coming back home, exiled for his involvement with forbidden magic, but it did not matter.

The entire world had changed and so had he.
