Raven

Darklight's are any breed of dragons with Grape Ripple/ Blackberry Current and Purple or Grape, Glimmer or Smoke. They are born of the Shadow element and always have shadow eye's to match their dark colours. They make their homes beneath the darkest reaches of Sornieth and are nocturnal dragons always sleeping throughout the daylight hours and only waking once the sun has set and darkness has fallen across the lands.

It is known that they are completely blind in the daylight and can only see in total darkness they have a sort of night vision allowing them to only see clearly at night. Some ware a special type of protective goggles made only through Alchemy that allows them to see during the day when warn. The fact that they are completely blind during the day is believed to be down to them being hatched and raised beep beneath Sornieth's crusts.
