Known as the Speaker of the Wild or the Great Hunter, in the Council of the Twelve Actaeon is the only dragon who--by his own choice--lends his voice to the Beastclans of Sornieth instead of his Flight of Birth. As the thirteen's member of the Council his word is of utmost importance, and makes his voice the vital one in case of a draw.

His is the gift of osteomancy--the talent to read the past, present, and future in the bones of the death, and he is more than just good at it. A lot more.

Unlike his title lets assume he isn't one of the talkative kind. A true hunter down to his very core he values silence very much, and when he breaks his own he prefers to do so with as few as possible well-chosen words.
