Light Runestone 		Weber, the other half of Licht. Weber is actually remarkably popular with local Pearlcatchers. She has the innate coloring of the Lightweaver, and works carefully to make herself beautiful and brilliant to honor that blessing. Permanently staining her scales in an homage to the sun, she was initially seen as very pretentious.

But Weber was no such thing. She was extremely cooperative with others and she is always willing to share gossip. She knows who enjoys debate, and she knows who enjoys simple rumors, and is able to meet everyone with what interests them the most. She's certainly the most skilled at being a good friend to others, and is an extraordinary listener. She breaks up miscommunications in the lair and in the Pearlcatcher circle quickly, resolving conflict before it escalates (though in the case of the Pearlcatcher clique, she allows room for a little bit of drama - what would the clique be without that?)
