Biography
Lore by @HouseOfNight
Emil used to work in the black market with one of the Top Dogs in the mafia. It was an unexpected relationship, between him and Vincent, but he knew it was strong. They talked like brothers, and they both had each others back - even if it didn't start out that way. Their relationship started with a regular job, on a normal day, just like no other. Vincent had somehow gotten word of Emil and his....abilities. So he hired him for a job - nothing too big, but nothing too small. Vincent wanted to test him out to see if he would be useful in other jobs.
Emil showed up at the location, and got the job done. It was just an old man who owed a lot of money. He took care of it quickly and-
He quickly turned his head towards the sound of quiet footsteps. Obviously not quiet enough for his hearing, but if it was anyone else they'd be dead by now. He smiled as his adrenaline began to rise. Things were about to get interesting. A group of dragons dressed in black suits and black shades. No doubt trained to take down some tough dragons in their field. They came at him all at once, pretty fast for some imperials and a couple of ridgebacks, but he was so much faster. All they saw was electricity as he took them out one by one. The earth practically shook beneath his claws as the adrenaline finally kicked in. He took out the last opponent, a blue tiger striped imperial who was tougher than the others. Emil sighed - he was hoping for a better challenge.
Vincent walked up behind him, and Emil turned to face the grey and white skydancer. "Well, that turned out better than I expected." His deep, edgy voice rumbled in amusement. "You know you just lost 6 of your subordinates?" Emil knew better than to disrespect the Silver Wolf Dagger clan, especially in front of the leader - a Top Dog who rose fairly quickly in the Black (Black= my term for black market business, mafia, gangs, all of the shady stuff in the illegal world). Vincent just chuckled. "That is true, but I gained something better."
Ever since then Vincent sent Emil to job after job, and slowly began to rely on him. The duo warmed up to each other, eventually dropping the formalities and communicating more normally/friendly. After so long working with each other, they treated one another like a brother. Emil killed someone who seemed to want to threaten the life of his friend, which gained the trust of Vincent.
After a few years, Vincent fell in love and grew tired of the Black. He was going as quick as he came. Emil understood, and stood with him when others tried to make him stay. They still remain in contact to this day, but very rarely. When they get to talk or meet up, they pick up right where they left off - no matter how long they are apart. Friends for life, Brothers forever, no matter how it started out.
