The rules against the cold are simple: keep your mind limber and your heart warm.

Edar ; Hiems

Edar is known for being the resident werewolf. He hails from a distant, closed-off society of the frozen dead, deep in the depths of some barren land. He was destined to lead them, but gave up his birthright to live his life on his own terms.

Edar is wild in temper and only ever has one intensity: full-tilt. He has the tendency to speak excitedly, but with little eloquence. As such, he prefers to use actions and complicated gestures to emphasize his words.

Despite his less than perfect speech, Edar is always one of the first to greet others, eager to meet his friends and, possibly, make new ones. Unfortunately, his enthusiastic approach sometimes leaves the Ascent's more timid and reserved residents uneasy. This is further extended by the fact that Edar is extremely affectionate and adores physical contact, so it's not uncommon to be on the receiving end of hugs, arm linking, and other various displays of affection.

As sweet as he is, Edar is nothing to take for granted. Hunger pains or injured friends can set him aflame and one false move could have raking claws and gnashing teeth after you. It is possible to out speed him, but head-on confrontations are ill-advised. It's best to let him simmer down and seek out solutions to his problem, as, more often than not, they are easily fixed.
