Therazane

Therazane's trust is very difficult to earn, as she is generally ill-tempered and territorial. Once it's done, however, she's a sturdy companion who can be relied on for life. She has some of the temperament of a guardian in her, fiercely defending the clan's territory and crushing those who threaten it beneath the rocks which she has a preternatural connection to.

She has a strange and immutable distrust, however, for certain dragons in the clan - Asperion, Enothion, Aphrion and Vinicia fall into this category. Many of Vide and Moongale's offspring also seem to be interpreted as threats by the esoteric snapper, the clan's peacemakers sometimes struggling to contain the surprisingly strong newcomer away from the hapless hatchlings.
