If there is one thing that Fanfare is known throughout the clan, it is his skills at brewing some of the best drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. He owns and lives in a tavern, The Carousel Horse, where he stores all of his fine brews in the cool cellars. He works with local farmers to get the food necessary to make his drinks, but it is his knowledge to know what to combine, under what conditions, what to store them in, and how long to store them in his cellars. Although he does not make the food at his tavern, he knows exactly what drink to pair with each dish.

His drinking prowess is a force to be reckoned with as well. Many dragons say that sleeping in the cellars and trying his brews over the years has caused his own blood to consist of a mixture of the drinks he has made. No one has seen him drunk yet, but he knows how to have a good time! Jovial and well-mannered, he can best most dragons in an insult title fight (again, all in good fun) and riding barrels. Fanfare loves good company, food, and, of course, drink. There have been only a few he has turned away from his tavern. Come one and all to The Carousel Horse!
