Dholak is very quiet dragon when he interacts with other dragons, but he finds a closer kinship with the beastclans, especially with the Longnecks and Serthis clans. His typical distrust towards dragons may due to what caused his facial scars, but he has never revealed his experiences in how he got them.

He tends to wander in forests, enjoying the breath of the flora and stir of natural wildlife. He is followed by two cats, a black one and a tiger colored one. Dholak found them as kits in the woods, the mother killed by a dragon. Feeling a kinship to the kits, he immediately took them in. Now the pride of three always sticks together, watching each other’s backs for danger and even grooming each other.
