 Amundi Peace Keeper Mated to Hakon "Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace" In a world filled with beauty, there are bound to be repulsive things. Those hideous things come in the form of war and bloodshed, in the way of plagues and discord that threaten to tip the delicate balance that holds the world asunder. Amundi is a dragon that lives in such a world, and he is wise enough to know that behind every sparkling crystal and every brilliant blue sky, there is an evil lurking about. Though others try to veil themselves from the horrors of the world, telling themselves that no such chaos could possibly exist, Amundi knows better. Chaos is everywhere, and to find peace, one must fight for it. Unlike other dragons, Amundi is willing to step forth and battle this chaos head-on. He is no fool, and he knows that before true peace can exist, there must be a bit more chaos.

Amundi is as calm as the gentle breezes that speed ships safely to the harbor. His soft, concerned words are enough to cheer up the grumpiest dragons and calm the most insomniac hatchlings. Amundi's voice seems to have a magical tilt to it, filling his clanmates with hope and peace with the sharing of the simplest words. Amundi connects better with Nature than with his fellow dragons, as much as he enjoys their company. In the wild, with wind brushing past his scales and ruffling his feathers, he's better able to find his peace of mind. Sometimes his clanmates would find him gently hovering in the air, eyes closed as if listening to a beautiful melody that none other than those closest to the wild can hear. A good friend to everyone in the clan and beyond, Amundi is a dragon the clan of Friður cannot afford to not have. With his graceful ways and his passive way of thinking, he has been known to solve more than a few conflicts within the clan and even between other clans. Amundi has the uncanny ability to think from a third person's view in any situation, and his clanmates know him as fair and just. Somehow, he always manages to solve a problem peacefully, whether it be in the case of thieving clanmates or aggression between two clans. His calming presence is an important emotional fulcrum in the clan, and he is a much valued member of it. |
