Peninsula was born in the Stronghold, and from the moment they were hatched they showed incredible hunting prowess, chasing tiny prey animals around the castle and practicing pouncing and stalking after other young hatchlings. They were particularly fond of teasing and play-wrestling with Georgia, who hatched on the same day as them and led to the pair seeing each other as siblings and forming a close bond. To this day they can often be seen together, whether it be working on tasks around the castle or sharing meals.

Growing under the support and teaching of the entire Stronghold, Peninsula grew into a skilled and swift hunter. They have become a go-to when setting up hunting parties for the purpose of finding food, and leading them with great success rates. Their cooperative personality makes them good at teamwork and supporting the other hunters they often get paired with, and they take great pride in teaching other dragons the best strategies for catching the tastiest prey. Peninsula might be considered firm and hard working on the job, but off the job they’re friendly and loyal, always willing to offer help and advice to anybody who approaches them.

It’s unclear as to why Ambrosia recruited them to the Clawshadow Sect, considering their personality is a clash with the Imperial’s own cold nature, but regardless of intent Peninsula was one of the first dragons to be recruited to the underground cause. They’ve taken tasks given to them by Ambrosia in stride; their hunting skills can be easily applied to stealth and they’ve taken to teaching others Clawshadow Sect members their skills. Peninsula can’t help but be somewhat uncomfortable with Ambrosia and Vance’s ruthless approach to benefiting the Stronghold, but they have the mind about them to not vocalize it; their support and loyalty extends to everybody in the Stronghold, even those they disagree with.
