Griffith's natural colors allow him to blend in well among the trees, and this is where he spends most of his time. He is introverted and quiet, and does not do well in the crowds of the main lair. However, he still cares deeply for his clanmates, and happily comes down from his treetops for meals, celebrations, or the occasional evening chat.

While in the trees that he so loves, he has a good view of the most crucial parts of the Snapping Swamp's territory, and acts as a lookout, informing Ghast or Glade in the case of anything abnormal nearing the lair.

He's also the favorite of the clan's Nature Sprite, and she often hangs around him while he's in the trees.
