Gazing at the strangely mesmerizing window a purple rune suddenly gleams against it’s surface. Intrigued you lean forward to study it more closely. As your breath touches the rune it flares bright and then disappears as does the glass it’s written on... you gaze into a featureless void. It repels you even as you begin to reach forward… a large black shape comes slamming out of the space to slam into you. “Sorry sorry sorry! Please don’t touch it! Don’t touch anything!” you hear a panicked voice babble as you try to get your bearings. Looking up you see an agitated spiral frantically waving her hands in front of the empty space. A blue light comes shining out of her claws and creates a shimmering net over the window. You look on in confusion as the window begins to dissolve into nothing. The spiral lets out a shaky sigh and looks down at you. “I’m sorry I knocked you over. Thank you so much for releasing the binding rune… I’ve been locked in there for some time you see…” she trails off and gives you an exhausted and lopsided smile. “Do you think I might be able to come with you? I’ve nowhere else to go and no one left to go to."
