Lives in an underwater cave. After a particularly strong ground tremor, Genesis discovered Ionize after he fled and was cut off from his old lair. She guided him out and found a different grotto attached to her main cave system, he has lived there since.

Interested in finding a way to harvest electric eels' discharge for power.

Odd dragon, some of the others think he spends way to much time alone in the company of a pretty female Maren (her name's Nacre).

Wears bangles of gold so he's less likely to be electrocuted by the eels (acts as a Faraday cage of sorts). The gold doesn't tarnish either (he spends a lot of time in and around salt water, so that's pretty important)
