No one is really sure how Harlequin came to be how she is, but she exists and she is fierce. Part dragon and part machine, this little Fae is a cyborg with bite. She has a tendency to harass others that can't keep up with her quick mind, and has blatantly went off on anyone who pretends to know what they're talking about while giving false information. Harley doesn't appear to care much for how her actions affect people. She'll hand you the facts with honesty; sometimes harshly, and be on her way. Harley is also a remarkable fighter, calling upon the turbines built into her metallic frame to create powerful gusts of wind.
