Not all water dragons carry the Sight, and even fewer outside do. Palantir, behind his glowing red eyes, is one of the few outsiders so blessed. He came to carry a message to those of Eregrast, specifically to the grief ridden matriarch who prayed often for forgiveness at his Mistress's shrine. It was not her curse that had eradicated so much of Clan Kaimelar. The spiral did not go into any further detail, but what he left unsaid was enough. One of their own had attracted the attention of the Shade, and they had paid in blood for it.

Palantir didn't expect to stick around after delivering his message, but something he Saw made him stay. He made his home in the unfinished portion of the mine, away from most of the prying eyes. Alessa doesn't complain as he does occasionally share what he Sees if it will benefit the clan. However, most of the visions the Sight gives him, he keeps to himself.
  • Antisocial - doesn't like dealing with dragons who expect his visions.
  • Only shares the visions that will directly impact the clan and are unchangeable.
  • Don't seek him out. If he wants to share, he'll find you.
