Eternally
“Being young is all about achieving the impossible. Or at least believing you can."
If only youth had the knowledge and old age had the strength.

A Tiny little Nocturne with a big heart... Yes, that describes Kesara perfectly. Wearing a big smile and a life full of laughter. She is the brightest and bubbliest of the clan, though life was never always so cheerful for her. Far from it really. You see Kesara was originally born into a previous clan within the Viridian Labyrinth. Otherwise known as the Nature Realm. It was a clan who seen the world in black and white and very much a pretentious sort. All was well for the first little while after Kesara had hatched. However as the weeks and months passed by the clan began to whisper among themselves. Sly looks were given to Kesara and soon after they began to shun her while looking down their noses at her as though they were highly above her and she was nothing more than a leech within their distance. Looks of disgust began to spread across their faces whenever she would approach but the little darling had no idea why. Night after night she would sit alone at the edge of the nest pondering what she had possibly done wrong to offend her clan members so badly. One morning, the day began as any other. She was given sickening looks as she approached the watering hole for her morning drink. Yet she could not take another step forward for the Clans Leader had appeared in front of her. His expression was the same as the others but he looked terribly angry also as if her very existence insulted him. With a booming voice of authority the leader growled his words down at her: "Your time has come to leave this clan. We can no longer put up with your... Weakness... There is no place for you here anymore. This is a clan of Strong and brave, hard working individuals. To be in this clan you must develop into a Force to be Reckoned with.... NOT some... Berry picker" He spat his words out to her and Kesera could only stare up with wide eyes in fear of him. The leader growled out a few more words to her and it was in those words she realised the reason for everyone's angst against her... It was due to her small size. Having not grown even an inch since she hatched she indeed was still very much a baby to the eyes around her when, by now, she should have been a good few feet bigger. You see Kesara was born with a rare disease known as Progeria Dwarfism. Meaning that she will remain the same size from the day she hatched till the day she would die. She will always look like a newborn but her mind is in perfect order. She will grow wise but she will never age a day. So with her head hanging she whimpered out as if for someone to defend her, but help never arrived. The clan all turned their backs to her, which is the worst thing a dragon could do to another. A sign of permanent exclusion. Tears fell from Kesaras face as she began to walk away from them, sniffling as she did. She glanced back only once and seen that none of them, not a single one turned to even glance back to her. She travelled for many days and took to hiding in rock crevasses and small holes during the night for safety. She had travelled such a vast distance, especially for her size and her strength was fading. She passed many others on her travels however all they could see was a weak child, not an exhausted adult. She tried to explain her situation to those who would speak to her but they all dismissed it as nonsense and left her behind. Clans on the move would ignore her or claim they did not have the space. But Kesara knew they just did not want to deal with her or her situation. This continued for many days, that was until the little Nocturne finally caught a lucky break. As she was resting the misty shade on the edge of the Tangled Wood in the Shadow Realm, a Bogsneak by the name of Dove just so happened to stumble upon her. Dove, who was out foraging at the time for her clan who resided within The Scarred Wasteland in the Plague realm, curiously approached Kesara and with a gentle nose bump, she nudged the little one awake. Kesara squeaked with fright for a moment as her eyes blinked rapidly at the new comer before she sighed. Dove however took a seat beside her with a calm smile and had asked why the young Nocturne was out here all alone. Kesara began to tell her story to the Bogsneak, just like she had to many others, but she did not hold out any hope of help being offered. Yet she was soon looking a little shocked with an expression of surprise on her face as Dove stood to her feet and bowed her head to Kesara: "Well now, i think you will be coming home with me. We cannot leave you out here alone and we certainly have the space. The clan will love you and also, have no fear about your size. You shall be treated as an equal Adult. Not a hatch-ling... So what do you say?... Will you come and join us?..." Kesara bit at her lip a moment as tears began to fill her eyes. She couldn't believe her ears, She nodded to Dove and both began their travels back to the Clan. Once Dove explained Kesara's situation and her back story, with Kesra filling in the gaps and blanks of it. The Clan were disgusted by how she had been treated previously. They accepted her with open claws and to this very day she is treated and is seen as an Adult in the eyes of her new clan. She is as happy now as she has ever been and she would not change it for the world. This is where she fits, this is where she is meant to be... This is where she calls, Home! This is the Life and Story Thus Far of: Kesara, Tiny Nocturne With a Big Heart.
