  B I O G R A P H Y
Ambra has simple beginnings. She was bourne into a fellow Wind Clan, but for whatever the reason was, she was cast aside. A representative from Skysong Clan happened upon her one day, living in squalor, and fighting to stay alive. Such a situation was rare to see in Wind territory, but whatever the reason, it had happened to little Ambra. The Skysong dragon took pity on her, and wanted to help her, so they took her back home with them to have a better life. Once in Skysong, the leaders saw that she had a knack for fighting, so they offered the young dragonness training, so that she could some day fight for Skysong. She took this duty willingly and fervently began to apply herself. After quite some time, she was fully trained, and had become a ferocious, wild powerhouse that little could stop. While she had visions of grandeur in her head, Skysong had a different path of life for her. Cloudburst, Skysong's sister clan, needed some assistance. Their leader, Shavala, had fallen in battle to a Wartoad in the Mire; a freak accident, as Shavala was fully capable herself, and had been a symbol for the two Clans. While Ambra took this duty, she didn't exactly take it willingly. However, in time, her hard shell softened and she grew to love Shavala as family.  |

B I O G R A P H Y
The dragoness was given the duty of defending the outskirts of Cloudburst one cloudy-skied day. Rumors of monsters that wandered from their territories had dragons everywhere on edge and on high alert. Ambra gladly and swiftly took the task, promising to keep her home and Shavala safe. Ambra hunted on the boarder of the Wastelands. It was an ominous territory that the seasoned fighter had never ventured to, but her task was clear. She had taken down various monsters that seemed to wander from all over the world, however, something just didn't feel right. Piles of mangled carcasses and bones, both monster and dragon, scattered across the outskirts of the Plague Contagion. It looked like a war scene. Just as she was examining the evidence, a giant Talonok swooped down and clamped onto Ambra's face, clawing and digging at her flesh until she cried out! Other flying monsters came to aid their ally and attacked the lone dragoness. She fought as best she could, but they outnumbered her far too greatly for her to predict a victory. The shadow of a dark Nocturne flew overhead and dove into the cluster of wings and claws just as things looked dull. His icy bursts sent the Talonoks fleeing, and the remaining beasts were frozen solid. The brute landed not-so-elegantly in front of the wounded Ambra. With the help of two Imperial warriors, she was carried deep into the Wasteland where she blacked out. |

Upon her awakening, Ambra found herself surrounded by both powerful dragons and those in training. They took turns explaining and answering questions, telling their tale of how they chased the brazen beasts back to their natural habitats. After some time, Amon the black Nocturne of the clan Träume von Mephistopheles, informed Ambra that she was too injured to go back home and claimed her wounds would never heal correctly for her to truly fight again. Overcome with grief, she was ashamed to even return to Cloudburst. Amon offered the job of training his followers--other members of Träume von Mephistopheles--and she reluctantly accepted. In turn, Amon's loyal clan members sent message of Ambra's situation to Cloudburst to clear her stay. She was given the clan name "Schlaflied" as customary for official acceptance. She wears it with pride, but will never forget the home that truly raised her.
