Aleru was born within the walls of the Clan from a found egg. Confused at first as to the Clan and their mission, they quickly found what they wanted to do by watching Iodine run tests and research on radioactive materials.

Noting that Iodine was having issues with making suits and other protective gear, Aleru jumped right in to help and conducted many experiments on various kinds of materials to see how well they fared in comparison. Using what Iodine had, they were able to fill in the gaps that Iodine missed.

Ever the professional, they conduct themselves in a manner that some would think of being rather standoffish, they really don't mean anything by it. Just they're highly devoted to the job as well as to Iodine and the overall research the two have been doing.

Aleru hopes that with the success of some suits, that they could eventually be mass produced or even find a better material to better protect against the effects of radiation.

Aleru visited Joxepa in order to get a tattoo-part of which was a map for the lair and part of which was to take on some of Stormcatcher's colors to gain favor with the deity.
