ABOUT:

Doyen Antigone is the keeper of the temple located within the Halcyon Sound. It is a small and ancient temple, built long before the first dragons inhabited the Sound, and they are tasked with seeing to its constant upkeep. They also lead day to day services and offer free counsel to all those who ask - THS resident or vacationer alike.

Doyen is a private person, outside of the realm of public responsibilities their job places them in. They believe in balance between the gods and balance between gods and mankind, but are prone to doubt their purpose - even their deity.

HISTORY:

Doyen was hatched in a small village on the edge of Light and Shadow territory. It was common for those raised there to exhibit signs of partial or total heterochromia.

Having served as a paladin most of their life, Doyen set aside their weapons and picked up a priest's mantle after witnessing the Lightweaver's splendor in person - at the sight of an Emperor attack that few survived.

Doyen was told to travel to the Halcyon Sound and raise the temple there. Hearing direct orders from the Lightweaver filled them with purpose - Doyen longs to feel such resolute clarity again.

Together they keep the Sound running smoothly - but their ties run deeper than that. The two care deeply for one another, but from an outside public perspective they’re always very formal with each other.

THEIR CHILDREN: Doyen is quietly very proud of their family, although they are modest to the point of silence.
