The daughter of two gorgeous Imperials, Chai grew up a little...conceited. She believed it was important to look her best, and so she spent her time making sure she did. She never really learned how to loosen up and have fun, and most found her to be extremely unpleasant company to keep, so they avoided her. This was her life, at least until a road trip took the family carriage through the Viridian Labyrinth. Everything was just fine--except it wasn't--until a wheel broke, and the family was forced to sleep in the woods that night. 'The woods, disgusting,' she thought to herself. Someone was out gathering firewood, and she wandered out a bit to see if she could find anything. Instead of finding something she deemed useful, she came across a dark Nocturne climbing about in a tree; his wings nearly blended into the darker spots of the tree.

It wasn't until he was hanging upside down in front of her that she decided to speak. "Are you some sort of idiot?"

And thus began one of the funniest love stories the clan of Kaiana has ever had the...pleasure of hearing about.
