Part of the lair maintenance/scouting team.

In typical snapper fashion, Bel is loyal and dependable, being on friendly terms with many of his clanmates and co-workers. He rarely talks though, because his voice is garbled and warped, making it hard for others to understand him. Many speculate the reason for this is also the reason he never takes off his mask in front of others.

Honeylocust regards Bel as one of her best workers, as he has a distinctive lack of curiosity, rarely takes risks, and has excellent self-control, unlike SOME here (she's looking at you Misu).
