Biography

Ginevra the Priestess

Ginevra was blessed from birth with outstanding grace, elegance and beauty. As the only egg of her nest, many expected her to become quite spoiled, and though she was offered everything a hatchling could want, often times she would politely decline anything she wasn't in need of. No one knew where this sense of humbleness had come from in one so young, but her parents were always proud of their daughter regardless.

As she grew older and really started to grow into her beautiful feathers, others gossipped that without a doubt Ginevra would be able to woo the heart of any dragon she desired. Ginevra often overheard such conversations and pondered the words, but she never felt that trying to find a mate and settling down was something she had ever wanted to do. She brought the subject up with her parents who, though at first saddened by the thought of no granddragons, were inevitably entirely supportive of whatever path in life she wanted to pursue. This was some weight off her shoulders, but she couldn't think of a profession that interested her.

She spent many nights contemplating and when it yielded no results, she turned towards the heavens, wishing for a greater power to give her a sense of purpose. With this action, it dawned on her, to become a priestess and help other members of dragonkind who felt just as lost as she, find some answers through higher powers. From then on she dedicated herself holeheartedly to learning the texts of many different religions, aiming to be an ambassador for as many as possible in order to help as many as she could. Some were dissapointed to see that her choice in profession would mean that she would not be finding a mate any time soon, but Ginevra paid them no mind, for she was happy and she was making a difference, and that was all that mattered to her.
