Boreas has a passion for words, written and spoken. The difference of the languages, the power of tone, the knowledge of history; all of these things excite him. The pen is mightier than the sword for Boreas as he documents the history and the lives of those who enter these gates.

Mate: Mystic

Boreas is no womanizer, but he also wasn't a saint by any means. Having a mate in his previous clan and a few in this one he really never expected to find love. He cared for his former mates and enjoyed their companionship, but love was never there. Boreas found comfort in his work and training his young pupil Cinnie. One day the clan counselor asked him to work with a new magic user Mystic. She was young and shy, but he knew she was the one moments after meeting her. Finding excuses to check in and "work" with her everyday he started to see that she cared for him as well.
Most of his children have left him and they had too many offspring themselves to keep track off. Shiori is closer to her mother (Sere), but does call on her father, Kinna is very close to her mother (Mystic) so he sees her quite often

Student: Cinnie

Taken in by Boreas after he saw her potential using the spoken and written word. Although she is barely older than his mate he treats Cinnie as one would a younger sister. While Boreas is usually very serious he often teases Cinnie, Mystic will often take Cinnie's side and tease him back.
