______ Gerus doesn't technically work for the Avaro Mines. He has, however, lived in this territory long before Rothe decided to purchase it and start up his mining company. Gerus doesn't like contact with the workers of the mine, so he tends to stay as far away as possible. However, this is only during the day.

______ At night, Gerus steals. Sneaking past any of the guards that may be lurking in front of the mines entrances, he travels deep into the gem-filled caves. He wants to disrupt Rothe's plan in any way that he can, and he decided this was the safest and easiest way to do so. However, Gerus can only take a couple handfuls of crystals each night, so unbeknownst to him his work goes largely unnoticed.
