The whizzing and whirling of the newly awakened Golem’s Workshop was more than Pulsar could resist. Great plumes of smoke enticed dragons to their demises with layers of various constructs guarding the secret of the Workshop’s activity.

By the time Pulsar understood the danger he was in, it was too late. Cold metal sliced and cut, slammed, and infused. Bone shattered, muscle torn.

Nothing goes to waste in the Workshop, the body of the fallen Imperial was discovered and incorporated into new constructs.

Pulsar found himself more metal then flesh, his mind integrated to the hive that beat with the unity of a fine-tuned machine. He fulfilled duties, fought dragons, and feed the flames who forged new constructs. Until the day he was captured.

Pulsar served a formidable front to raiders, so much so his capture was planned well ahead of time. The goal, to find out why any dragon would choose to protect such a cause. What was discovered from his capture as well as other Imperials has changed the way the Workshop is dealt with.

Lairs and bodies thought to be lost to the grasp of the Workshop have instead been incorporated in a gruesome infusion of flesh and metal. Dragons salvaged from the Workshop are studied closely to gain a better insight of the machine’s behaviors.

With time Pulsar has been able to remember much of his past and his motives to investigate the plumbs of smoke. If pushed he can recall his metamorphosis into the creature he is now. His feelings towards the hive are still fond despite his seemingly contrary motive to return to his pervious life.

Pulsar has an unhealthy attraction to anything forged in the Workshop, including Anasa. The two are rarely seen apart.
