Born in the wrong body, Isaac never really felt right. He always felt uncomfortable in his skin, unable to figure out what exactly was wrong with him. His confusion, and discomfort soon morphed into a sick pile of self-hatred and anger. Why couldn't he be happy like his friends were? Why couldn't he be happy at all?

As he began to mature, he heard rumors and whispers of a spell that could change who you were, change your very identity. Having fallen so deep into despair, he didn't care to listen about the side-affects of the spell, or how incredibly forbidden and taboo it was. He devoted years upon researching everything he could about it, and it wasn't until he'd all but given up hope, that he came across it. The one thing in all of Sornieth that could cure the itch he felt beneath his scales.

Perhaps he should have researched the consequences of the spell a bit better.

Isaac, while no longer trapped in a female body, is now blind, the spell having completely ripped him of his sight. His faithful companion, and now his seeing-eye Hainu, helps his get along just fine. He tries not to let it bring him down, and for the most part is successful. He's devoted his life to helping those trapped in similar situations that he was in, trying to ease their pain and confusion. There are much safer ways to go about the process now, and Isaac wants to make sure that no one has a such unfortunate fate as he did.
