Among a friend group known for unpredictability, violence, and even downright cruelty, Feferi stands out as not only a kind soul, but one dedicated to spreading that kindness to rewrite the history of her kind. As the heiress of Alternia, Feferi is destined to one day rule the realm, making her the highest echelon of royalty. Yet she hardly acts like a royal, preferring to dedicate her resources towards widespread equality and caring for those less fortunate than her. She calls this "culling," hoping to redefine the term by her idealistic aspirations. For now though, as she awaits her chance to take over leadership, Feferi passes her time gathering and caring for all manner of marine life. Cuttlefish are, by far, her absolute favorite, and she boasts a collection of hundreds of the tentacled creatures. She complements her best friend Eridan with her highly excitable and energetic personality, and is ready to face near any challenge with abounding, brave optimism. Despite her Arcane ancestry, Feferi has the distinction of being one of the clan's strongest swimmers, and she spends more time underwater than above it.
