____Nyua had heard about what was happening across Sorneith. At first, she hadn't believed any of it. But it was suspicious when none of the dragons from the Wind Flight had been able to leave for a month. When the winds literally changed. She had finally accepted that something new, strange, and possibly dangerous was happening.

____To Nyua, it soon was apparent that the Gods had given up on their children. Their creations. This entire world. Maybe that was not the case. But it certainly felt like it to Nyua. The first four were surely gone- seeing as what had happened in Wind, in Water. Word that the Tidelord was quiet spread quickly, and, eventually, into other Flights. There were many theories as to why this was so. Nyua figured it was because the Tidelord was gone. There may have been a logical explanation, but she had none.

____She pondered. Had the Gods left? Were they even possibly dying? It seemed impossible. She concluded that the first four were surely gone. The others? She had no clue. Maybe they didn't care, or went silent, but she couldn't shake the feeling that all of dragonkind was now on it's own. And maybe it was.
