- Painfully optimistic, has a strong moral compass and always strives to speak for justice. The true vigilante of the holy quintet. - Soul gem location: Belt. - INCREDIBLE health regen. You could delived a fatal blow to her, she'll get back up after a minute. Rumors say she grew an entire forearm back in a couple seconds while blocking a hit. Her wish for her magical girl contract was recovery for a loved one, so she inherited part of her own wish, she's the tank of the team. - Due to that regen, she uses her spikes in combat too. She can pull her spines out, they'll magically turn into swords and a new spike will grow back in its place. ONLY in magical girl form, however. Don't try in her civilian form. It's a very bad idea. - Very sensitive to music. Prone to very strong emotions when listening to an orchestral piece, especially if violin is involved. Her past crush was a violinist after all. This stirs up memories from long ago. - Childhood friends with Madoka. The two have a very strong mutual trust that goes decades back. - Genuinely grossed out by sea cucumbers, she can't even look at one without losing her marbles. (it's my FAVORITE sayaka trivia of all time there's literally a beach episode drama cd where she has several distress moments because she keeps encountering them and kyouko thinks its funny to add to the crisis and pick up live ones in the ocean to chuck them at her) - Very wary of Homura's true intentions. She did notice not only how Homura is drastically different from the teammate she used to know, but also the hue shift in her soul gem and the toxic stains inside of it. She's always on Homura's trail, trying to find out which timeline she truly originates from, and most importantly, what she's truly here for. - Due to Madoka's interference in rewriting everyone's fates, Sayaka was able to undo her transformation as Oktavia, her witch form. However, she is able to freely summon Oktavia upon a blood ritual. This could kill anybody, but with her incredible health regen, this is nothing for Sayaka, who now fights alongside a perfectly controlled version of her own trauma and despair as if she were an old friend, fully weaponizing her. - Fun fact, she's my main in Madoka Magica: Grief Syndrome! She's the only one out of the five i can solo clear the story with. |
