There are all kinds of corridors and passageways throughout the layer, something that you take time to explore. You are unsure where you are going, following along strange markings on the wall until you hear the sound of little dragon cries. They squeak playfully, the sounds of feral yet undaunting growls filling the air. It draws you forward, curious if this is the hatchery. As soon as you round the corner, there stands a female Guardian with a scowl on her face. She demands to know what you're doing, what your plans were, and why you were looking to enter the Daycare. The Daycare? Your eyes shift and sure enough, there is a cozy room with hatchlings playing around. No other adult dragons seem to be present except for this one.

It takes a moment to convince her that you're harmless but eventually she lets you in. You learn the dragon's name is Richiyo, and watch as the harsh, untrusting features shift into something so utterly kind for the hatchlings. It's almost strange, such a battle-worn dragon herding little ones with a loving eye. There is a particularly old-looking scar, something that you ask about though you feel as if you may have misstepped whenever she turns to look at you once more. You get an answer though, Richiyo spilling a part of her tale without hesitation. It's cold and blunt despite the topic, yet it gives you an insight into who this dragon is.


The two of you fall silent, watching the kids play around for a bit. She doesn't say much, but you find yourself being herded around as well here and there, protected by the stern dragon even as an outsider. Perhaps there is more to her than what first appears...
