Johanna, the youngest of Duskfall daughters, and tremendously more patient and open than her mother thanks to her father, who raised and educated her with Bourgogne’s help (another of Duskfall’s husbands). She’s educated, tolerant and eloquent, some even find hard to believe that she’s the daughter of "the shapeshifter witch", but the unforgiving stare she gives when someone makes her angry pretty much prooves that she is. Despite growing up with her father(s), Johanna occasionally accompanied her mother, taking care of the gardens where she grew the plants she used on her potions. She soon learned various names and with them their properties, and the interest in learning grew along with her. Now she lives with her mother on the surface, learning from books and instructed by Nix herself, althought more the first than the latter, she’s not so used to that distant attitude that characterizes her. extra: * Her familiar was a gift from Merlot, her biological father, to protect her. The young Raptorik wasn’t very happy with his new charge at first, but it wasn’t so long before they began to get along, and he has done his job protecting her so far. * Johanna is quite sociable and has a hard time understanding why anyone wouldn’t want to talk to her. Distant or introverted people often confuses her or make her feel like she did something wrong, therefore living with someone like her mother and sister (the queen and princess of edginess) have made her feel a little uncomfortable. * She likes pearls, shinny scales and anything that comes from the sea. She often goes with the scattering or fishing group to search for these elements for her collections. She also loves seafood, especially octopus and squids. |
