Origins
Paradisaea has always been destined to take the leadership role of a clan someday. As a young dragon, she had always heard tales of far off places... some dragons warned her to never go beyond the fire clan's borders. There was something, however, which told her that when the time came, she would venture to these forsaken lands and claim territory of her own. One such story she had heard about reached the far islands off Sornieth. The water were plentiful of fish, the land rich in natural wealth.... but there was some wariness for this island also had many stories surrounding its primal past. Unspeakable creatures had apparently lurked this island's forests and curses filled the air. It was said an ancient breed of dragons had built a remarkable city here and when they were forced to flee the shores they left their treasures with their old land. Some say their are still spirits guarding those fantastic relics.
When her time came to leave her old fire clan behind, she swore to herself that she wouldn't listen to stories anymore, and would instead rely on her own experiences. She was adventurous after all, and very brave.

For Paradisaea:

O festival and reborn dancers, o silver masks and silk a-flame; born of a tumble and burst of laughter, you know too well the raucous revelry. Pile the tables, bedeck the banisters, toast together to the changing times and the ready wildfire. We burnt our skin, burned the midnight oil; we found life on the swift wing, on the street fight, on the shoulders of friends and the in teeth of foes. Never look back, we sing even in our slumber, but take it all in, and never let go.
