Biography
In the end.... Justin died.
A human in his dreams, Justin Cleaver used to adventure with his friends. All about Greyhawk they went in search of treasure, and finally, they hit Applegrove. A tiny village not even located in a map, it was founded long ago in Celadon forest, and the inhabitants take great pride in their apple pies and sour mash. A small earthquake centered in that region uncovered several ruins, and when monsters started to encroach upon the farmlands, a message was sent to Greyhawk requesting some aide.
The 43 townsfolk did not expect so much interest in their tiny village. Adventurers from all over flocked to their town, so many that tents had to be erected! The sage's guild wanted any and all old texts, the mages wanted items. As the adventurers poured in, they raided the apple trees, and that moved the villagers to increase their prices to pay for their losses. 5 gold per night at the inn! Apple pies now 5 silver! Sour mash, 1 silver a cup. Want stabling for the horse? 1 gold per day!
Justin and his friends set up tents outside the town. A charge of 25 gold from the mayor got them a stake several hours out in the borders of a marsh, and off they went! Justin survived encounters with kobolds and giant crocodiles, he even lived through the tale of demons and shadow spiders that tried to possess him! Cunning traps of acid avoided and a monstrous snail with magical powers were no match for him!
But.... there was a snake. A snake that did him in! One that spat poisons so toxic that all it took was some spittle landing in his eyes, and that fell poor Justin Cleaver.
Because of his weird dreams, Justin doesn't like snakes! Or snails, undead, spiders, alligators, nor demons. You'll never see him with one of those familiars!
