The precautious Gaia was awoken from a deep slumber within the Leviathan Trench, along with Aesir and Aurora. Contrary to what is considered normal Wildclaw behavior, Gaia has always been passive and chooses to avoid conflict. Among other Wildclaws that know him, he is considered a disgrace; a weakling and a coward. This appears not to bother him, as Gaia would much rather find solace in botany. He is very delicate with every plant that comes his way and knows more about the flora of Sorienth than the average dragon. There is a catch, however. As a result of being an ice dragon, Gaia's claws create frost, potentially destroying any plant he touches. He is unable to restrain this ability of his; so circumvent this, he uses his staff to probe at objects.
