The clan discovered Vaati in the Carrion Canyons, without memory save a name. Though a dragon of plague, he was drawn by the power of the storm surrounding the Tempest Spire. One with a most vicious temperament, Vaati remains with the lightning clan if only to make sure that of all the dragons to fly the storm, he alone will fly the highest.
