Has ADHD, hyperfocuses on things that she's very interested in
Quote:
Recoiling from the unexpected touch, Wisteria snarled. "Touch me again, spirit, and I will happily banish you to the afterlife you've so neatly avoided."
Her anger faded quickly into puzzlement as she took in the Guardian who'd touched her. "I'm sorry, didn't you... You fazed through the Tundra but touched me? The implications! Can you choose whether you're substantial or not? When--"
She was pulled out of her excited ranting by a paw clenched around her tail, and she looked back at the other Pearlcatcher, eyes wide.
"Ria, the question," she said, and Wisteria blinked.
"Yes. Right you are, Mudpearl. Belief in ghosts. Well?" She paused, absentmindedly fidgeting with the pendant of her necklace. "I think that in a world of magic, it would make little sense to disbelieve in the possibility and existence of ghosts, especially given"--she gestured to the dragon who'd asked--"all the evidence. Still, some dragons are stubborn. My clan is, I think, sensible enough to recognize the truth of the matter. I think it's less about believing and more about paying attention, to be honest."
With that, she sucked in a breath and released a stream of questions about the workings of the ghost dragon's semi-corporeal form. Rolling her eyes, Mudpearl gestured to the nearest dragon.
"You may as well be next, prettyscales. We've lost her for now. So, what's something that deeply interests you?"
