milion was abandoned by his clan of cotals for his dull coloration and considered sickly attitude once he was old enough to be considered an adult. milion did not resent the clan for this as he know how his species sees dull colors , he just wishes to relax and not do much. while out in the wilds fending for himself, milion did the bare minimum needed to survive and mostly just chilled out.( well as much as he could chill in the ashfall wastes.)
he was found by delwyn clan after he had been in the wilds for what could be told of 8 years as milion didn't care to keep track how long he had been alone. milion gladly accepted the clans offer to join them and followed delwyn back to the clan. where he proceeded to make himself at home.
jerock quickly figured out that milion has the elemental gene and ,with a lot of patients, was able to train him in the use of the 11 elements by himself. as milion didn't wish to make the effort to fly to the elemental island and be registered as an elemental dragon.

milion has the stretch gene with a stretch rating of 140 and the elemental gene.
the appeals milion wares is what he has scavenged for protection for himself while out fending for himself , he rarely takes it off.
