Foxglove's silent nature is often misinterpreted, people believe him to be him to be some lovable doofus, completely out of touch with the world. In reality, he holds a far greater understanding than most could ever achieve. It is true that he lives a simple life- growings and tending to his flowers whilst keeping to himself, but that is a thin veneer hiding a complex, ever thinking mind behind it. Foxglove is a firm believer that we spend too much time speaking and conversing with mindless chatter and not nearly enough listening and learning. That the world and those who inhabit it hold boundless secrets that can be discovered simply through shutting your mouth and opening your ears. He remains silent at all times, even when working behind the counter of his booth selling flowers, for that very reason. Flowers are his life's work, and although Cerosing is more focused toward the study of fungi and the like, their interests do tend to overlap on occasion, and they enjoy going out to collect plants together when they can. Almost all of Foxglove's time goes toward gardening, his little Petal Jumper, Aria, following him throughout and frequently Aremera. The nocturne being obsessed with her own butterfly like wing markings finds similar interest in Foxglove's and the butterflies that his garden are always attracting. Whatever time his has left in the day goes to Quake, one of the few dragons who seems to understand him- and the only dragon to ever hear him speak. He loves Quake with all of his heart, and subsequently, her daughter Omen, and highly supports both Quake and Omen's decisions and occupations. "Let me stay where the wind will whisper to me.
