CIRCE

_____She was born alone, weak and helpless. Circe couldn't hear anything, not the wind whistling on the trees or the birds tweets. Scared, she hid in the woods, running as far as she could. Maybe she'd get somewhere. Anywhere was fine. But when no one came to her aid, she tried to drown herself in the Sea of A Thousand Currents. It was unsuccessful, as she was found on the beach coughing and sputtering. The small Water Clan were low on food, so they helped her to get her away to safety. Upstream, the traveled to the Union of the Golden Scales.

_____They took her in, fed her and helped her around. But she could not hear them still. Straining as hard as she could, Circe found a whisper of a voice. Oh dear, I hope she survives. There's cookies in the back-- Startled, she jumped back, realizing that must be a thought! From someone else's head! She took this as a sign from the gods and took him as her trainer, leaning on him, while he explained it all in his mind. It felt like a sinkhole, slowly taking you over. Autolycus was the peanut butter to her jelly; the salt to her pepper. They couldn't survive without each other. The two were meant for each other...
