Keziah is the younger sister of Eryhid and even though she knows her older brother just wanted to protect her, she couldn't help but think of him as annoying and overbearing. Now that he's gone, she misses him dearly. Campfire reminds her of him very much; the two of them were close friends and Campfire is just as protective of her as Eryhid was.

Many of the Engake Clan were frightened and distressed that Astelle and her council would allow Adagio, the son of a pair of fallen angels, to join their clan. Keziah understands their distrust and hesitation toward the spiral, but she believes dragons should be given a chance to prove theirselves. Besides, he was a hatchling when he arrived. Surely his behaviors and habits aren't permanent yet, right? In an attempt to make the young spiral more comfortable in his new home, Keziah has openly invited Adagio to take part in activities with her and helps him learn how to assimilate into Sornieth's society.

Much to her brother's disdain, she began to really take a liking to the dark colored misfit, and eventually the two of them became mates.

Her Irradiated Astronomer is named Stephanie.
