Breeders are the keepers of the nests and put into motion the decisions set forth by the Warriors. They have complete control of who uses the nests, and must give their approval in order for two of the Warriors to mate with one another. They choose who they mate with, and are responsible for raising hatchlings and seeing that they go to new homes or to the service of the Stormcatcher. Only they can motion to the Warriors to allow a hatchling to stay for any reason, and they can call for any Warrior to stay home to allow a hatchling to train with the others for service under the Stormcatcher. The only thing they cannot do is force a Warrior to step down permanently for a newcomer; this is subject to Warrior vote.
A friendly Fae hatchling that showed up at the lair soon after its construction, drawn in by the noise and bustle. He was accompanied by a Carmine Serthis who seems as if she's taken on the role of his mother, though she seems to have deferred to Alma's and Saevio's guidance instead. His charisma and politeness point to him being an excellent father and teacher.
Recently, his son Baken lost a friend in the battles with the beastclans. He remains loyal to his Serthis friend, and the relationship he has with Baken is strained.
