Hayes was born to an elegant breeding pair and shipped off as soon as his clan could get him ready. This left Hayes to be raised by a segregate mother in his new clan as well as making him feel close to his new clan rather than his old. The wildclaw couldn't find something he was good at, failing at metal work and everything needing creativity he transferred over to the fight school. Much to his segregate mother's dismay, Hayes joined the King's Guard after graduating at the top of his class. He's currently stationed outside of Kanyon's Village.

Hayes is a optimistic and hopeful dragon, not letting his past make obstacles for him. He's become very reliable and honest during the time he's served in the King's Guard as opposed to his previous reckless nature. Hayes has no romantic interest in anyone and prefers to hang out around either Cross or Serket on his days off.

Unlike most of the King's Guards, Hayes doesn't stay in a singular home. He much rather enjoys going where he is posted, being that he constantly moves in between Kanyon's village and the Cavern and patrols.
