  • Hailing from the Shifting Expanse, this eccentric takes pride in his metalworks, using his vast scientific knowledge to create masterpieces. Although the fruits of his labor are undeniably impressive, his creations may not entirely be useful.

  • To the surprise of his peers, Brooke happily accepted the invitation to the Chroma Alliance, where he'd stand for the Stormcatcher and all that he believes in. Though he may get distracted and chatter away in meetings rather than discuss pressing matters, Brooke understands what he must do as Thunder Trumpeter with impressive clarity. His role is to voice the concerns of the Lighting, conserving their culture of technological experimentation, and their interests in the economics of machinery manufacturing.
